Welcome to iBeBlogging (IBB) – a space for those uncertain of their present, nor of their future, yet who are purposeful in discovering their “why,” in life.
Here at IBB, struggles are normalized, insecurities are crowned and becoming your authentic self is encouraged. Don’t know who you are? Great! Unsure where you are going? Fantastic! You see, it’s the courage of owning those truths and then choosing to commit yourself to a lifetime of self-discovery that makes the journey worthwhile. Plus, like me, you are literally one of MILLIONS of other lost souls, despite “The Serpent” in your head who constantly tells you otherwise!
“IBB was created as a direct response to my dismay with my former job”
iBeBlogging was created in direct response to my dismay with my former job, the uncertainty of my future, and my growing fear of complacency. On the brink of implosion, I desperately needed a canvas to unleash my thoughts which I then hoped to share with a relatable audience. One day, while heading into HELL work, an internal cry commanded me to simply quit my job. Blindsided, though completely empowered by this newly burgeoning thought, I decided that it would be f****** epic to resign on my birthday, as doing so would give me license to go figure out what I was “born” to do? While the birthday thing never happened, quitting my lucrative corporate job of 19 years did!
So, in no real order because life is rarely ever fluid, IBB openly discusses my previous career, as well as my current job and purposefully highlights all of my struggles, insecurities, doubts and fears. I also speak on every incidental story in between including a few breakthroughs. You may laugh, you may learn but above all, I hope that you’ll find yourself in a relatable space that validates your struggles and encourages you to become completely unapologetic as you navigate through the uncertain, often crazy, and sometimes incredibly challenging areas of everyday life.
